Some of the pages feel a little dated, like they’ve been patiently waiting for the internet to catch up with 2012 again. It still works fine, but a fresher look would definitely help

"Worth it for the resources"
I originally joined for the journals and CE stuff, or at least I’m sure that was the main reason at the time. Either way, it’s ended up paying for itself. It’s easy to find what I need, and the discounts have been useful too. Overall, it’s a solid value for oncology nurses

I mostly use ons.org for the publications, and I’ve gotta say, they’re solid. The articles are clear, well-reviewed, and not hard to follow, even when the topic gets a little more detailed.
I don’t feel like the info is never outdated or too academic, which is a big plus. It actually feels useful for day-to-day practice, and the clean formatting makes it way easier to sit down and read without it feeling like a chore.

Ordered a few things from ONS. Smooth overall. Shipping was quick. Everything came packed well. No issues with the items. Only thing was the tracking. It didn’t update right away. So I wasn’t totally sure when it would show up. But it arrived fine. Good shape. Correct order. Would order again.

"Quick help when I couldn’t log in"
I was having a hard time getting into my ons account and, i was starting to get annoyed. I sent a message to support and they got back to me the same day, which was a relief. The person helping me explained things clearly and didn’t overcomplicate it. They reset what needed to be reset, then made sure I could actually log in afterward. All in all, really solid experience.

"Solid Mobile Experience"
I used ONS on my phone it was easy to navigate. The pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t have to keep zooming in just to read or click things, which I definitely appreciate. For a mobile site, it felt well put together and worth using

I use the ONS learning platform for courses and continuing education, the actual material is usually helpful. No complaints there. But the website itself? Ugh. It’s kind of hit or miss. Some days it works totally fine, and other times pages take forever to load or I randomly get logged out in the middle of a module, which is incredibly annoying when you’re just trying to finish something. It does work most of the time, so I’m not saying it’s unusable, but the reliability really needs to be better. 3 stars feels fair.

I wasn’t really expecting much because I usually don’t trust customer service to actually help, but this turned out to be really useful. The support I got made things clearer for my career and gave me a better idea of what to do next.

I had to cancel something on ons and expected it to turn into a headache, but it really didn’t. I sent them a message, got a clear response, and the refund showed up faster than I thought it would. No annoying back and forth, no dragging it out, no feeling like they were trying to make it difficult. This is how customer service should be handled, and I respect them for doing the right thing

"Good experience at ONS"
I went to the ONS conference this year and had a good experience. Check-in was quick, the sessions were actually useful, and the staff were really helpful when I got turned around trying to find a room. A few of the rooms did get crowded, but overall it was well organized. I’d definitely consider going again next year.

I reached out to ons.org support about an account issue. They did get back to me and were polite, but it took longer than I expected. What was frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owned the issue or who was supposed to follow up, so I felt like I was just waiting without knowing where things stood. The answer did help in the end, but the response time and lack of clear ownership could definitely be better. Not terrible, but not great either

I used ons.org while I was getting ready for my oncology nursing certification, it really did help me feel a lot more organized. Like, I needed something that would keep me on track after long shifts, and this actually made studying feel doable instead of, you know, totally overwhelming.
The practice questions were probably the most helpful part for me because they felt more like the kind of thinking I needed for the exam, not just random memorization. Some things were a little bit tricky to find at first, but overall, it was easy enough to use, and I liked that I could just sit down after work and get a little studying done without feeling completely burned out

I joined a webinar on ons i was in a good mood because the info was useful and worth my time. The only annoying part was that the sound cut out a few times, which kind of pulled me out of it. Not a bad experience overall, just wish it had played a bit smoother

"Good info, but could be easier to use"
ONS has some really good clinical info, especially when it comes to oncology nursing topics. I do use the resources and find them helpful, but sometimes it feels a liiiittle too broad or not quick enough to navigate when I’m busy at work. I just wish some things were more updated and easier to find. Overall, it’s decent and useful, just not perfeeeect.

The courses loaded without any issues, the quiz was easy to follow, and my certificate showed up quickly after I finished. At first I thought everything was solid and it works fine for what I need. Then I got into the menus what is going on there? They felt a bit confusing to navigate and slowed me down more than I expected.

The evidence links and guides were easy enough to follow, nothing too fancy or confusing, just laid out in a way that made sense. It kind of helped me piece things together and feel more sure about the decision I was making.
